My passion is providing solutions to small business owners, that motivate and inspire them. I feel personally rewarded by seeing the businesses we support grow. I am endlessly passionate about the digital landscape and the impact it can make. Equally my passion extends to supporting up-and-coming digital marketers to get a solid grounding in strategic digital marketing, in an environment that nurtures them to be their best.
Natalie is a journalist and senior editorial and communications leader who has shaped content strategies for major media and tech brands around the world, including LinkedIn and Sky News Business — helping stories, and the people behind them, cut through.
During her time at LinkedIn, Natalie worked across 13+ markets to help deliver flagship programs like Top Companies, Top Voices and Big Ideas, scaled major cultural moments such as International Women’s Day, and created content for women and working parents that reached millions — all while quietly building more inclusive and accessible content frameworks behind the scenes.
Along the way, she saw firsthand how powerful the right story can be — and how many talented people and businesses struggle to tell theirs clearly.
Today, she is the founder of Working @ It, where she works with founders, executives and organisations to build content strategies that convert and turn expertise into opportunities.
We can’t wait to share this wealth of knowledge with you at our live Q&A session.
Q&A panelists TBA.

Launching my own digital agency in 2010 allowed me to leverage my big business marketing experience to focus on creating opportunities for small businesses, maximising what was then an emerging marketing approach, but today mainstream marketing.

While I may have started my career in a traditional corporate space, I’ve been able to cherry pick the very best bits of what I learned and weave them in with my human-centered style, to create The Accounting Division, with a true partnership approach to accounting.
At The Accounting Division we partner with business owners to get their business in shape, giving clarity on what’s happening now, where you’re headed and how you’re going to get there.
My day is filled with hearing the peaks and troughs of my clients’ businesses. Together we work through the challenges, celebrate the wins and, well, drink lots of coffee as we go.

This will be a great opportunity to meet other business owners, hear from an Accounting Expert and a Digital Marketing Mentor – plus take part in a Q&A with business owners further along the journey.
Mary-Anne has been in business for well over a decade and still loves hearing from other business owners for inspiration. Our vision is for this event to be valuable to people at all stages of their journey.
Barista made coffee, breakfast and refreshments will be provided. We will have options for gluten-free and vegetarian dietary requirements – should you have a specific need please contact us. We love to promote sustainability and encourage you to bring your own reusable coffee cup!
